You will find the facilities at The MOUNT are generous, clean and comfortable. The communal kitchen is well equipped to make your meals or even bake a cake in. You have the option of eating in the dining area or relax and enjoy the outside BBQ area.
Laundry facilities provide you with a coin operated washing machine and drier plus an iron and ironing board is provided for your use. The MOUNT has 6 shared bathrooms. The television room has plenty of comfortable seating with wall mounted, 32 inch LCD television, SKY TV satellite channels, and DVD player.

The house has 24 hour wireless internet. Price is not included in the room rates but is extra.

Plenty of off street parking is provided plus undercover parking for push bikes.

Smoking is not allowed indoors in public places in New Zealand but you are welcome to smoke in any of the garden areas.

Room Rates:

All rates provided are in New Zealand dollars and are per room, per week, and are subject to availability. Price includes your expenses for everything except internet and laundry facilities.

All the rooms at The MOUNT are uniquely different. Some rooms lead onto a deck, have outside access into the garden or are attached to their own private conservatory furnished with table and chairs. Furnishings differ in each room but all rooms are furnished with comfortable beds, clean linen, duvet and chest of drawers. Various rooms have TVs, couches, desk, wardrobe, personal fridge or table and chairs.

We have one very large room with ensuite that is separate from the house.

All prices cover your expenses including a gardener and cleaner, but the rent price does not cover internet and laundry facilities.
